We need your help!
Two-thirds of the youth served are low income, and less than half of those we serve cannot afford to pay. We do not turn any child away because of this, and we need your help to reach even more youth.
You can sponsor one or more children or teens for one or more months!
Just $20 a month can give a child a safe place to learn, grow, have fun and will give then the best chance of a great future. 57% of Club Alumni say: "THE CLUB SAVED MY LIFE".
No gift is too big or small to help build positive futures for the kids in our local community.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania has been in operation for over 129 years as a staple in the community with a mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Further, our core belief is to provide: a safe place to learn and grow, ongoing relationships with caring adult professionals, life-enhancing programs and character development experiences, hope and opportunity. We currently serve over 7,000 youth each year in our eight branch sites throughout Allegheny County. When schools are out, the Club is in. We operate during after school hours and throughout the summer bringing all young people ages 5-18 programs in:
We strive every day to ensure every young person who enters our doors has the best opportunity of a Great Futures. We rely on the generous support of people in the community to help us open our doors for the deserving young people in our local neighborhoods in order to give them the best chance of a GREAT future
